I recieved the order yesterday and I just wished to let you know how pleased I am with the product and the service.
 
The bracelet is goregous and looks sunning with the Ruby Crystal which was switched free of charge from the standard clear crystal. The requested message on the box is also wonderful and overall I couldn't be happier with the product.
