However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase for ay reason please contact us by email: 
sales@lovelulabula.com  within 7 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to refund (excluding carriage charges) or exchange your purchase.  We regret that we cannot offer a full refund on personalised engraved orders or handmade tiaras / hair accessories that have been made to your own specifications.  Return carriage must be paid when you return items to us with proof of posting - as unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service and cannot refund orders until they are received back here.

Damaged / Faulty items:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email sales@lovelulabula.com or telephone us on: 01344 560525 and return the order to us in its original packaging. We will arrange to replace it immediately.
 
Unsuitable items:
In the unlikely event that the gift that you've chosen is not suitable for the person that you've chosen it for please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order by email: sales@lovelulabula.com or by phone on: 01344 560525.  Once we have received your order back in its original condition with all of the litte extras that were included with the gift; the birthday card / occasion card, gift box, free gift, little prayer book, prayer cards etc. we will then refund or exchange the gift for you.  We regret that we cannot refund carriage charges and we do not offer free returns postage.  Customers returning unsuitable items must do so at their own expense.
 
Engraved items:
We regret that we cannot refund items that have been engraved with a customers message - (engraving is only available on Silver lockets, tags and silver St. Christophers).

EARRINGS:  We cannot exchange or refund earrings if unsuitable due to hygiene reasons. We can exchange earrings if faulty.

Delivery & dispatch times: Our usual dispatch time is 1 - 2 working days for jewellery orders - if your order is urgent please do let us know and we will do our best to dispatch it quickly for you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our designs we cannot offer next day delivery. We can arrange for urgent delivery after dispatch by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We are a UK business and all of our prices are shown in GBP.  For International orders please check the currency conversion for the day of purchase as your bank will convert payment of your order into your local currency.
 
We include beautiful little extras with every gift free of charge:
All of our jewellery gifts are beautifully gift packaged wrapped in tissue paper ith gift box / chiffon gift bag and with beautiful wrapping paper.  We can also send orders straight out to the person that you've chosen the gift/s for beautifully gift wrapped and with a printed message inside the card - all at no extra charge.
