Once you have chosen a tiara, hair accessory or handmade piece of jewellery we will be happy to send you free samples of the colours that you've chosen so that you can make sure that you have the perfect colour combination for your wedding, prom, first holy communion or special occasion! Simply email: sales@lovelulabula.com with your colour requests.
If you don't see the colours that you're looking for please contact us as we are happy to source colours just for you to match your colour scheme!
Design requests - if you have a request for a design that you would like us to work on please contact us - we have so many wonderful, unusual requests and we're always happy to work on new ideas and we do this free of charge! You will be given a price for your finished design at the beginning of the design process and there is no obligation for you to purchase the design unless you are entirely happy with it when it is finished. You will receive digital pictures of the design at every stage so that you can approve it, ask for aspects to be re-designed or ask us to start again! We love working on new designs - it helps us to remain at the forefront of our industry and update with what our customers are looking for so please don't be afraid to ask us to create something new - you've got nothing to lose!!
