Jewellery gift dispatch and delivery information:

Gift orders are currently dispatched with 2 working days.

Engraving: Please allow up to 10 days for gifts that need to be engraved. 

Designer tiaras and hair accessories: Please allow approx 10 days for our designer tiaras and hair accessories.

Due to the personalised nature of our designs we cannot arrange for next day delivery, however we can arrange for dispatch the day after you have placed your order with us and recommend special delivery / saturday special delivery for guranteed delibvery by Royal Mail.

Delivery after dispatch:

UK Recorded delivery : usual delivery time: 1 - 3 days after dispatch.

UK Special delivery / Saturday Special delivery: Urgent delivery by Royal Mail.

Delivery choices:

UK Special delivery - for urgent or valuable orders (£7.99)

UK Recorded delivery - for non-urgent orders value £30.00 or less (£3.99)

UK Saturday guaranteed delivery: For orders placed Sunday - Thursday: Guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday (£10.00)

International orders:

International (EU) delivery: Destination dependant - usual delivery within 7 days.

International (outside of  EU): £8.99 - £10.00 dependant upon destination - usual delivery approx 10 working days. 

Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we cannot guarantee delivery times to international destinations.  Delivery relies on customs clearance within the country that the parcel is being sent to.

US postal delays:

We are currently experiencing delays with deliveries to parts of the US due to additional security checks by airlines on parcels received.  Please allow an extra 14 days for delivery to the US.

Australia / New Zealand: We are currently experiencing delays with delivereis to Australia and New Zealand - please allow extra 7 days for delivery.

We recommend Special delivery carriage (£7.99) for all urgent and valuable orders to guarantee urgent delivery by Royal Mail.  Due to the personalised nature of our designs we cannot offer next day delivery.
