Delicate heart tags measure just under 1cm at approx 9mm x 10mm.  The image shown is not to scale - the heart tag is enlarged to give a clearer picture.

There is also a charm attached with a clear swarovski crystal and a delicate sterling silver star (The swarovski crystal is available in absolutely any colour of your choice - maybe you would like a birthstone colour or a favourite colour or a wedding colour).  The heart tag and the crystal charm are attached by sterling silver clasps so that they can be removed and added to other accessories and then replaced on the freshwater pearl bracelet.
