Delivery times:
Our current dispatch time is 1 - 2 working days for jewellery orders - if your order is urgent please do let us know and we will do our best to dispatch it quickly for you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our designs we cannot offer next day delivery. (Our Special delivery carriage and UK DHL carriage options guarantee urgent delivery after dispatch.
Prices (GBP):
We are a UK business and all of our prices are shown in GBP. For International orders please check the currency conversion for the day of purchase as your bank will convert payment of your order into your local currency.

All of our jewellery gifts are beautifully gift packaged in our signature ‘Lula Bula’ boxes at no extra charge and come with a free handcrafted card which has a sterling silver and crystal charm attached (worth £7.99) as a free gift, wrapping paper and ribbon. We can also send porders straight out to the person that you've ordred them for beautifully gift wrapped and with a handwritten message inside the card - all at no extra charge.

Gift purchases:
Birthdays / Christmas / Holy Communion / Confirmation / Christening / Bridesmaid's gifts etc.
Normal dispatch for gift orders is 1 - 2 working days, if you do need urgent dispatch please just let us know by adding a comment in the comment box on-line and choose the special delivery carriage option for guaranteed delivery by Royal Mail. If you need delivery on a Saturday please choose the Saturday Special delivery option (£7.95)
Once Orders are dispatched please allow up to 3 days for recorded delivery and next day delivery if you have selected Special delivery / Saturday Special delivery.
Tiaras:
Our tiaras are handmade to order – please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of handmade items (If you need your order dispatched urgently please let us know and we will be happy to help you.) When you place your order we will contact you with a despatch date.
Free wire / crystal / pearl colour samples - available to UK customers only. When you are chossing the design/s that you would like we are happy to send out colour samples to match your wedding colours so that you can be assured that your accessories will be made in the perfect colour combination/s for you.
Hair Accessories; hair pins, hair combs, hair vines:
Our hair accessory collections are handmade to order - please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery (If you need your order despatched urgently please let us know and we will be happy to help you.) When you place your order we will contact you with a despatch date.
Wedding jewellery:
For wedding jewellery that is handmade to order - please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery (If you need your order despatched urgently please let us know and we will be happy to do all we can to meet your deadline.) When you place your order we will contact you with a despatch date.
Wedding jewellery in our bridesmaid's gifts section can usually be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days - if you do need anything urgently please do contact us - we are always happy to help you!
Purchase of products on-line:
We can accept payment on-line by Visa / Mastercard / Electron / Visa Debit (Unfortunately not by Maestro - although we can accept payment over the phone by Maestro on: 01344 457843)
Once you have placed your order on-line You will receive an electronic confirmation that we have received your order.
- You will receive notification of the dispatch date of your order and colour choice confirmation within 2-3 working days of placing your order.
Cancellation of order:
Once you have placed an order you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on our website. Due to the personalised nature of our products if you need to cancel your order after placing it for any reason we must recieve cancellation in writing (by email to: sales@lovelulabula.com) within 12 hours of the order being placed. Orders that have already been dispatched can only be refunded (less the carriage charge) once they have been returned to us.
Purchase of products off-line:
Alternatively we can take you order by phone on: 01344 457843 or by email: sales@lovelulabula.com . We can accept payment by Visa / Mastercard / Visa Debit / Maestro over the phone through our secure PDQ payment system.
Once we have received your order you will receive a copy of your invoice and dispatch date. We can accept payment over the phone by credit / debit card or by cheque (GBP) posted to us at the above address. Please allow 7 days before despatch for cheque clearance.
Payment:
When you make a purchase on-line you will be taken to a secure server where you will be asked to provide your delivery and credit card details. All of our prices are shown in GB pounds.

Card security:
We are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of information given to us by our customers. We use the world renowned Sagepay system to process all payments. Your credit card details are transferred straight from your computer to Sagepays secure server using SSL encryption. Sagepay adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening and ensure that all of your details remain secure throughout the entire transaction.
Delivery:
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will require a signature upon arrival. If you need guaranteed urgent delivery please choose the Special delivery option which is guranteed by Royal Mail.
Delivery Charges:
UK Recorded delivery – Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery usually 1 – 2 days £3.95 - order is not insured
(This is not recommended for valuable or urgent orders). Suitable for hair accessories and smaller orders. On rare occasions parcels can take up to 15 days to be delivered by Royal Mail. Ruffles Accessories cannot be held responsible for non delivery of recorded delivery items.
UK Special delivery - Guaranteed delivery 1 working day - includes insurance £6.95 (This service only guarantees weekday deliveries and does not guarantee Saturday delivery).
Guaranteed Saturday delivery - (Special delivery guaranteed for Saturday delivery) £9.95
During postal strikes we can offer a DHL Courier delivery service - £7.95 - which includes insurance in transit to all UK destinations and delivery within 1 - 3 days after despatch.
Europe and Rest of the World - International signed for by Royal Mail. £8.95 - £10.00

Late or lost deliveries –
In the event that your order is lost /delayed in the post please contact us either by email: sales@lovelulabula.com or on: 01344 457843 and we will track your order with Royal Mail. We regret that we cannot be held resposible for items that are lost in the post using Royal Mail recorded delivery- if you would like to insure your order please choose UK - Special delivery service.
Packaging - free of charge with every gift:

Returns Policy:
Damaged / Faulty items:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email sales@lovelulabula.com or telephone us on: 01344 457843 and return the order to us in its original packaging. We will arrange to replace it to the value of your purchase as soon as we have received it. We regret that we cannot refund carriage charges.
Unsuitable items:
In the unlikely event that the gift that you've chosen is not suitable for the person that you've chosen it for please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order by email: sales@lovelulabula.com or by phone on: 01344 457843. Once we have received your order back in its original condition with all of the litte extras that were included with the gift; the birthday card, gift box, free gift, little prayer book, prayer cards etc. we will then refund or exchange the gift for you. We regret that we cannot refund carriage charges.
Engraved items:
We regret that we cannot refund items that have been engraved with a customers message eg. Silver lockets, St. Christophers once they have had the chosen message engraved.
Returns policy - Designer Products :
All of the designer accessories (tiaras, hair accessories, wedding jewellery) on our website are handmade to your own specifications and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. Handmade items are exempt from the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’. Choosing colours:
Once you have chosen which items you would like to have designed for you it’s time to choose your colours – there is no extra charge for making any of our designs in your own colour combinations – choose as many as you want!To make the whole process easier we are happy to send you a colour chart or colour samples so that you can match them to your colour scheme. For samples please email: sonia@lovelulabula.co.uk or phone: 01344 457843. If you can't see the colours/ materials that you need in your design in our list please contact us as we are always happy to source colours to match any colour scheme.

Frequently asked questions:
Can I have other colour combinations in a design? – Yes, you can choose any colour combination/s that you would like at no extra charge.
When I place my order how do I let the designer know the colours that I’ve chosen? Please list any special requests or colours choices in the comments box when you place your order - alternatively email our designer sonia@lovelulabula.com to discuss any design / colour requirements.
How will I know what colours to choose? – We are happy to send out a selection of suitable samples to match your chosen colour scheme so that you can choose exactly the right combination.
How will I know that the tiara will fit me? - Every tiara band is handmade with tiara wire and is flexible so not only will it fit any size head (from child to adult) but it will also be easy for the hair stylist to position on the day. Each tiara has a loop at each end of the base for Kirby grips / pins to be positioned.
Will the tiaras fit younger bridesmaids? Yes, the tiara bands are flexible to fit even the smallest bridesmaid. For very little bridesmaids an alice band version of a tiara might be more suitable.
How can hair pins be positioned in my bridesmaid’s hair? – The hair pins are easily positioned in any length of hair – use two Kirby grips crossed over each other to hold firmly in place.
Can you design smaller version of the tiaras for bridesmaids? Yes, we can design smaller and less intricate versions of any of our tiaras so that your bridesmaid’s tiaras will complement your own - without stealing the limelight!
Can you re-design any of the tiaras from your collection? Yes, we are happy to re-design any of our designs if you need something changed or even if you would like us to combine ideas from different designs – anything and everything is possible!
Can you create a design from my ideas / from pictures that I've been inspired by? Commisions / Bespoke orders: If you have an idea that you would like us to work on we are happy to create a design from your ideas and email you digital pictures for your approval. We are happy to work on bespoke orders - if you would like to commission a piece of jewellery / tiara / hair accessoriy or fascinator please contact our designer.
Can you design jewellery to match my tiara just for me? - Of course we can! If you have an idea for some accessories that will match your tiara we are happy to work on some designs for you!
Can I have a longer / shorter chain with a pendant? - of course you can - sterling silver curb chains are available in 14" / 16" / 18" / 20". Sterling silver snake chains are available in: 15" / 16" / 18". Contact us and we will be happy to add a different length of chain to your order!
Will the accessories come gift wrapped? - Every accessory comes in our signature 'Lula Bula' gift box at no extra charge, our jewellery gifts come with a free handcrafted card and gift wrapping as well.
Can I return items if they aren't suitable? - Unfortunately items from our tiaras / hair accessories / designer jewellery sections cannot be returned as they are handmade to order just for you in whichever colours you have chosen.
Children's jewellery & Accessories:
Special note: The jewellery and accessories that we design for children is not suitable to be worn by children under 36 months due to small parts. It is keepsake jewellery and should only be worn with supervision or kept until the child is a suitable age.
