However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase for ay reason please contact us by email: 
sales@lovelulabula.com  within 7 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to refund (excluding carriage charges) or exchange your purchase.  We regret that we cannot offer a full refund on personalised engraved orders or handmade tiaras / hair accessories that have been made to your own specifications.  Return carriage must be paid when you return items to us with proof of posting - as unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service and cannot refund orders until they are received back here.

We include beautiful little extras with every gift free of charge:
All of our jewellery gifts are beautifully gift packaged wrapped in tissue paper ith gift box / chiffon gift bag and with beautiful wrapping paper.  We can also send orders straight out to the person that you've chosen the gift/s for beautifully gift wrapped and with a printed message inside the card - all at no extra charge.

We treat EVERY order as a priority so that you can be assured you will receive a perfect product as quickly as possible!  We will always do our best to make sure that your shopping experience when purchasing any items from our website is absolutely faultless - from the time of ordering until the time that your order is delivered.  If there is anything that we can help you with at any stage we are happy to do so.

Purchase of products on-line:
When you make a purchase on-line you will be taken to our secure server (Sagepay) where you will be asked to provide your delivery and credit card details.  All of our prices are shown in GB pounds. 

We can accept payment on-line by Visa / Mastercard / Electron / Visa Debit
Once you have placed your order on-line You will receive an electronic  confirmation that we have received your order.
You will receive notification of the dispatch date of your order and colour choice confirmation for handmade designer products; (tiaras, hair acessories, wedding jewellery) within 2-3 working days of placing your order.

Card security:
We are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of information given to us by our customers.  We use the world renowned Sagepay system to process all payments.  Your credit card details are transferred straight from your computer to Sagepays secure server using SSL encryption.  Sagepay adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening and ensure that all of your details remain secure throughout the entire transaction.

Privacy
We are committed to protect your privacy.  We will NOT pass your details onto any third parties.  Your information will be stored securely and will only be used by us to process your order, to communicate with you about your order and to contact you with a newsletter once a month with special offers and product updates.  If you do not wish to receive this newsletter you can unsubscribe to this service.

Sustainability: we’re passionate about protecting our environment and the natural world and we’re working hard to reduce the environmental impact of our business.  We’re looking at the materials that make up our products, as well as how products are manufactured and choosing materials and manufacturing processes wherever we can that have less impact on the environment and are more sustainable.  We’re looking at how products are shipped to us, working with our suppliers to reduce the amount of plastics used in packaging and also looking at how we then ship them on to you. There is a still a long way to go but we know that every little change will make a big difference.
