Returns Policy:

Damaged / Faulty items:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email or telephone us on: 01344 560525 and return the order to us in its original packaging. We will arrange to replace it immediately.

Our bags & straps are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of original purchase for any manufacturer faults.  The bags are not covered for standard wear and tear, or for damage caused by overfilling as this causes damage to zips and seams. Bags showing signs of wear will be returned without exchange.  Tassel bags & Satchel bags must be returned with their original strap (the 2cm standard strap).

Caring for your bag:

We recommend that bags are not overfilled to ensure that the zips and clasps can work effectively.  Our bags can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

For returns please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order by email:  Once we have received your order in its original condition with all of the little extras that were included with your purchase; the birthday card / occasion card, gift box, free gift,  we will then refund or issue an exchange.  We regret that we cannot refund carriage charges and we do not offer free returns postage.  Customers returning items must do so at their own expense. We recommend signed for post / post of posting for returns.

Engraved items:
We regret that we cannot refund items that have been engraved with a customers message - (engraving is only available on Silver lockets, tags and silver St. Christophers).

Returns policy - Designer Products :
All of the designer accessories (tiaras, hair accessories, wedding jewellery) on our website are handmade to your own specifications and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Handmade items are exempt from the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’.  For more information please visit the Office of Fair Trading website or contact us by email: or by phone: 01344 560525

All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail first / second class Signed For post will require a signature upon arrival.  If you need guaranteed urgent delivery please choose the Special delivery option which is guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Missing Parcels: Orders posted by 1st / 2nd class signed for post - if not delivered within 10 working days we will replace the order and claim with Royal Mail.

Late or lost deliveries 
In the event that your order is lost /delayed in the post please contact us either by email: or on: 01344 560525 and we will track your order with Royal Mail. We regret that we cannot replace / refund items that are delayed or lost in the post using Royal Mail recorded delivery until 10 working days after dispatch - if you would like to insure your order for delivery please choose UK - Special delivery service.

Due to the personalised nature of our designs we cannot arrange for next day delivery, however we can arrange for dispatch the day after you have placed your order with us and recommend special delivery / Saturday special delivery for guaranteed delivery by Royal Mail.

Delivery after dispatch:

UK 2nd class Recorded delivery : APPROX delivery time: 2 - 3 days after dispatch - NOT SUITABLE FOR URGENT ORDERS 

UK 1st class Recorded delivery : APPROX delivery time: 1 - 2 days after dispatch - NOT SUITABLE FOR URGENT ORDERS


International orders:

International (EU) delivery: Destination dependant - usual delivery within 7 - 10 days.

International (outside of EU): dependant upon destination - usual delivery approx 7 - 10 working days.

Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we cannot guarantee delivery times to international destinations. Delivery relies on customs clearance within the country that the parcel is being sent to.

We recommend Special delivery carriage for all urgent and valuable orders to guarantee urgent delivery by Royal Mail. Due to the personalised nature of our designs we cannot offer next day delivery.
