Damaged / Faulty items:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on: 01344 560525 and return the order to us in its original packaging. We will arrange to replace it immediately.
In the unlikely event that the gift that you've chosen is not suitable for the person that you've chosen it for please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order by email: email@example.com or by phone on: 01344 560525. Once we have received your order back in its original condition with all of the litte extras that were included with the gift; the birthday card / occasion card, gift box, free gift, little prayer book, prayer cards etc. we will then refund or exchange the gift for you. We regret that we cannot refund carriage charges and we do not offer free returns postage. Customers returning unsuitable items must do so at their own expense.
We regret that we cannot refund items that have been engraved with a customers message - (engraving is only available on Silver lockets, tags and silver St. Christophers).
Returns policy - Designer Products :
All of the designer accessories (tiaras, hair accessories, wedding jewellery) on our website are handmade to your own specifications and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. Handmade items are exempt from the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’. All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will require a signature upon arrival. If you need guaranteed urgent delivery please choose the Special delivery option which is guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Late or lost deliveries
In the event that your order is lost /delayed in the post please contact us either by email: email@example.com or on: 01344 560525 and we will track your order with Royal Mail. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post using Royal Mail recorded delivery- if you would like to insure your order please choose UK - Special delivery service.

Due to the personalised nature of our designs we cannot arrange for next day delivery, however we can arrange for dispatch the day after you have placed your order with us and recommend special delivery / Saturday special delivery for guaranteed delivery by Royal Mail.

UK 2nd class Recorded delivery : APPROX delivery time: 2 - 3 days after dispatch - NOT SUITABLE FOR URGENT ORDERS or for tiara orders.
UK 1st class Recorded delivery : APPROX delivery time: 1 - 2 days after dispatch - NOT SUITABLE FOR URGENT ORDERS
UK Special delivery: Urgent delivery by Royal Mail - SUITABLE FOR URGENT & VALUABLE ORDERS - DELIVERY GUARANTEED THE DAY AFTER DISPATCH BY ROYAL MAIL.
International (EU) delivery: Destination dependant - usual delivery within 7 - 10 days.
International (outside of EU): dependant upon destination - usual delivery approx 7 - 10 working days.
Unfortunately due to circumstances out of our control we cannot guarantee delivery times to international destinations. Delivery relies on customs clearance within the country that the parcel is being sent to.
We recommend Special delivery carriage for all urgent and valuable orders to guarantee urgent delivery by Royal Mail. Due to the personalised nature of our designs we cannot offer next day delivery.
