Our current dispatch time is approx 2 - 3 working days for jewellery orders - if your order is urgent please do let us know and we will do our best to dispatch it quickly for you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our designs we cannot offer next day delivery. (Our Special delivery carriage and UK DHL carriage options guarantee urgent delivery after dispatch.
We are a UK business and all of our prices are shown in GBP. For International orders please check the currency conversion for the day of purchase as your bank will convert payment of your order into your local currency.
Delivery address: Please check that the delivery address you put in is the correct address - particularly when using paypal as parcels will be dispatched to the address given on the order and carriage will be charged again for orders that need to be re-sent.

All of our jewellery gifts are beautifully gift packaged in our signature ‘Lula Bula’ boxes at no extra charge and come with a free handcrafted card which has a sterling silver and crystal charm attached (worth £8.99) as a free gift, wrapping paper and ribbon. We can also send porders straight out to the person that you've ordred them for beautifully gift wrapped and with a handwritten message inside the card - all at no extra charge.

Normal dispatch for gift orders is 1 - 2 working days, if you do need urgent dispatch please just let us know by adding a comment in the comment box on-line and choose the special delivery carriage option for guaranteed delivery by Royal Mail. If you need delivery on a Saturday please choose the Saturday Special delivery option.
Once Orders are dispatched please allow up to 3 days for recorded delivery and next day delivery if you have selected Special delivery / Saturday Special delivery.
Our tiaras are handmade to order – please allow approx 10 days for delivery of handmade items; tiaras and hair jewellery (If you need your order dispatched urgently please let us know and we will be happy to help you.) When you place your order we will contact you with a despatch date.
Free wire / crystal / pearl colour samples - available to UK customers only. When you are chossing the design/s that you would like we are happy to send out colour samples to match your wedding colours so that you can be assured that your accessories will be made in the perfect colour combination/s for you.
Hair Accessories; hair pins, hair combs, hair vines:
Our hair accessory collections are handmade to order - please allow approx 10 days for delivery (If you need your order despatched urgently please let us know and we will be happy to help you.) When you place your order we will contact you with a despatch date.
For wedding jewellery that is handmade to order - please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery (If you need your order despatched urgently please let us know and we will be happy to do all we can to meet your deadline.) When you place your order we will contact you with a despatch date.
Wedding jewellery in our bridesmaid's gifts section can usually be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days - if you do need anything urgently please do contact us - we are always happy to help you!
Purchase of products on-line:
We can accept payment on-line by Visa / Mastercard / Electron / Visa Debit
Once you have placed your order on-line You will receive an electronic confirmation that we have received your order.
- You will receive notification of the dispatch date of your order and colour choice confirmation within 2-3 working days of placing your order.
We cannot take payment over the phone but can take orders over the phone if you need help with your order and then email a link for you to pay for your order on-line when you are ready.
Cancellation of order:
Once you have placed an order you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on our website. Due to the personalised nature of our products if you need to cancel your order after placing it for any reason we must recieve cancellation in writing (by email to: email@example.com) within 12 hours of the order being placed. Orders that have already been dispatched can only be refunded (less the carriage charge) once they have been returned to us.
Once we have received your order you will receive a copy of your invoice and dispatch date. We can accept payment over the phone by credit / debit card or by cheque (GBP) posted to us at the above address. Please allow 7 days before despatch for cheque clearance.
When you make a purchase on-line you will be taken to a secure server where you will be asked to provide your delivery and credit card details. All of our prices are shown in GB pounds.
We are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of information given to us by our customers. We use the world renowned Sagepay system to process all payments. Your credit card details are transferred straight from your computer to Sagepays secure server using SSL encryption. Sagepay adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening and ensure that all of your details remain secure throughout the entire transaction.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will require a signature upon arrival. If you need guaranteed urgent delivery please choose the Special delivery option which is guranteed by Royal Mail.
UK Recorded delivery – Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded delivery usually 3-5 days £3.99
UK Recorded delivery - Royal Mail 1st class Recorded delivery usually takes 1 - 2 days £4.99
(Recorded delivery is not recommended for valuable or urgent orders). Suitable for hair accessories and smaller orders. On rare occasions parcels can take up to 15 days to be delivered by Royal Mail.
UK Special delivery - Guaranteed delivery 1 working day - includes insurance £7.99(This service only guarantees weekday deliveries and does not guarantee Saturday delivery).
Guaranteed Saturday delivery - (Special delivery guaranteed for Saturday delivery) £9.99
Europe and Rest of the World - International signed for by Royal Mail. £8.99 - £12.99
Late or lost deliveries –
In the event that your order is lost /delayed in the post please contact us either by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or on: 01344 560525 and we will track your order with Royal Mail. We regret that we cannot be held resposible for items that are lost in the post using Royal Mail recorded delivery- if you would like to insure your order please choose UK - Special delivery service.
Packaging - free of charge with every gift:

Damaged / Faulty items:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email email@example.com or telephone us on: 01344 560525 and return the order to us. We will arrange to replace it to the value of your purchase as soon as we have received it, or arrange a full refund for you.
Unsuitable items returns procedure:
In the unlikely event that the jewellery gift that you've chosen is not suitable for the person that you've chosen it for please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on: 01344 560525
Once we have received your order back in its original condition with all of the litte extras that were included with the gift; the birthday card, gift box, free gift, little prayer book, prayer cards etc. we will then refund or exchange the gift for you. We regret that we cannot refund carriage charges for unsuitable items. We do not offer a FREE returns option and any unsuitable items must be returned to us at the customer's expense. We do not refund return carriage charges on unsuitable items.
We regret that we cannot refund items that have been engraved with a customers message eg. Silver lockets, St. Christophers, engraved tags once they have had the chosen message engraved on the back.
Returns policy - Designer Products :
All of the designer accessories (tiaras, hair accessories, wedding jewellery) on our website are handmade to your own specifications and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. Handmade items are exempt from the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’.
